Our family loved staying in the Fort. It is immaculately decorated, and while everyone sleeps in the same room upstairs, it is very well done with wall separation and very strudy bunk beds. The host was very communicative and helped with anything we may have need. It was well stocked and had great local recs. The location--proximity to Leesburg, Purcellville, Bluemont, etc. was great. We are looking forward to booking another stay again

We had an all-around wonderful stay at this place in Virginia. From the first contact to check-out, everything was smooth and friendly. Communication with the host was exemplary—quick responses, clear instructions, and helpful tips about the area. Self check-in worked perfectly on the first try, and we were greeted with a small welcome treat in the house. The rooms are exceptionally clean and very spacious. You can tell the home is cared for with love. The living room invites you to relax with comfortable sofas. We especially loved the peaceful, rural setting. Despite the tranquil surroundings, shops and great hikes are just a short drive away. It’s the perfect spot for a break from everyday life. Wi-Fi, heating, and hot water all worked flawlessly, and parking right by the house was easy. Everything was exactly as described—only better. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. In short: spotless, spacious, excellently equipped, and hosted by someone truly outstanding.

Lovely Airbnb. Very nicely furnished - not flimsy or cheap furniture. Had all amenities you’d hope/expect and lots of little touches like coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc. As the host warned, the stairs are steep so care is needed if you have little ones that might get to them. We had no issues with our 2 year old. Just carried him up and down when needed. Overall a great stay and great spot if you’re exploring Loudon area. You can walk to the W&OD trail from it and easily drive to local wineries/breweries.

The property is beautiful, peaceful and has easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was exactly as described and had everything I needed. The host was super responsive and made sure I was comfortable. The space is thoughtfully designed and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a place in a beautiful natural setting that doesn't feel isolated but friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything, Michael! I hope to stay again:)
