This house was perfect for our quick girls getaway. It’s small and comfy, very clean, well decorated, and cute! The beds were also so comfortable! It’s perfect for 2-4 people and downtown Leesburg is an easy walk. We were raving about how great of a place it was. 10/10. Great job, Michael!

This was one of the nicest Air B&Bs I’ve stayed in. It was a perfect size. Completely renovated and nicely styled. Each bedroom had its own full bath, which was great. I’ve never slept in such soft sheets and comforter!! Super clean. On a quiet street too. Michael was easy and pleasant to work with and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This was a great place to stay in downtown Leesburg. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk in shower was great. The common space was perfect for a cozy hang. It was lovely.

The house has three lovely bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom accessed through the master bedroom. Downstairs is a comfortable sofa, a full bathroom, a dining area with seating for 6 and a kitchen. There is a coffee machine, microwave and oven. A utility room holds the washing machine and drier and the back door is through the utility. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles and a spacious back yard. The house was spotless and welcoming. We had all linens necessary provided. We really enjoyed our stay and can wholly recommend you doing the same!! Michael was quick to respond and very helpful.

I have to say, this property is the BEST I’ve booked. The bedding was amazing. Top tier to any other place I’ve booked. Also, checkout was so easy. Unlike other AirBnbs, all you have to do is leave! No crazy checklist. This is my new go to spot when visiting family in Leesburg!

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Michael was great and offered us an early check-in, made sure the house was as expected, and didn’t require any gathering or cleaning as part of the check out process. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Leesburg!

This was a great Airbnb! Michael was quick to communicate, and he was always helpful. The location was in the heart of the oldtown Leesburg area, and there were so many great restaurants and coffee shops within a quarter mile of the house. I had my two adult kids, my daughter-in-law, and my teenager. We had a great time, and the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay there again!

Looked just like the listing! Comfortable beds and bedding, plus had one of the best outfitted ABNB kitchens we’ve experienced. Plenty of on-site parking. Perfect location for walking to Central downtown Leesburg. We were a little thermostat challenged at the beginning but feel we figured it out. A lovely cozy house.

A very welcoming, beautiful property, located on the heart of the historical district, allowed us to park our car & my son's car; very safe and conveniently close by to Starbucks, Lansdown resort for ice skating, top golf, iFLY, great restaurants with fair prices, Leesburg outlets, and walkable market. The owner, extremely responsive to any question. We wer a family with 2 teenagers that enjoyed their time, you will not be disappointed. Happy New Year.

Our stay was very easy from check in to the stress free check out. Having a full bath on the first floor is so convenient. The master bath is huge! We slept well in the beds which were a great combination of soft and supportive. Heat worked very well with a modern, easy to use thermostat. Impressed that a full service cable tv offering was available. Would definitely stay again for the ease of use, location walkable to downtown Leesburg, and very fair cancellation policy.
