Lovely Airbnb. Very nicely furnished - not flimsy or cheap furniture. Had all amenities you’d hope/expect and lots of little touches like coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc. As the host warned, the stairs are steep so care is needed if you have little ones that might get to them. We had no issues with our 2 year old. Just carried him up and down when needed. Overall a great stay and great spot if you’re exploring Loudon area. You can walk to the W&OD trail from it and easily drive to local wineries/breweries.

Great cottage located on a quiet street. The house had a clean, modern feel. Perfect for a family or couple stay in Leesburg. Walkable to restaurants. We would stay again!

Michael’s place is in a great location - walkable to many bars and restaurants in downtown Leesburg! The house looked just like the photos and Michael was responsive in answering our questions!

What a wonderful place!! The location is amazing… we were able to walk to bars and restaurants very easily. The home is very well appointed. The beds were amazing and so comfortable! We will stay again soon!!! Amazing, kind, responsive host. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

There were 5 in my group for a family reunion at nearby (15-minute drive) Landsdowne Resort. It was really nice staying in Leesburg and getting to walk around town. The house was clean and very comfortable, on a quite street, and easy access to historic Leesburg and the W&OD regional park trail. Michael was a great host!

Micheal’s place was great. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was within walkable distance from the town. We stayed here for four nights for a family wedding and we really enjoyed our time here .Micheal was super responsive to our queries. We will definitely stay here again. Please book this cottage we highly recommend it.

The property is beautiful, peaceful and has easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was exactly as described and had everything I needed. The host was super responsive and made sure I was comfortable. The space is thoughtfully designed and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a place in a beautiful natural setting that doesn't feel isolated but friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay at Michael’s place. The home was comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. My fave was the front porch swing each morning :) I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Great location in historic downtown Leesburg. Short walk to amazing coffee & breakfast (Goosecup). Easy access to WO&D trail. Quiet neighborhood and immaculate, comfortable home. Squeaky clean. We’ve already booked again.

We enjoyed our stay - the small and simple place was all we needed for our weekend in NOVA. It was very convenient to Leesburg, and the neighborhood was quiet. Michael and Stacy were very responsive.
